We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Placement to join our team specializing in Aftermarket Sales for our Distribution Business Segment in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid) . During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! What's a typical day as an Aftermarket Sales Intern? You'll be:

• Managing warranties with customers
• Handling technical offers
• Supporting the Aftermarket Sales Department in various tasks
• Collaborating with the next appropriate level of aftermarket support to seek resolution to challenging enquiries, providing documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the appropriate database/system.
• Identifying and communicate areas for process improvement to Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Sales or a related field.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Are native Spanish speaker and English fluent (C1 preferred)
• Ability to understand data, solve problems and think innovatively.

QUALIFICATIONS

Driving licence and car preferred
