Compu-Med is a 33 years old vocational school. We pride ourselves on providing low cost, quality education. We are building a new Admissions team to help students in their future with CMVC. POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for the recruitment and management of the enrollment process for new online students into Compu-Med. This position requires a great deal of organization and the ability to work with a large group of people. The ADOA serves as a representative of the school. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Must be English fluent. · Entering & controlling the leads into the Verity Student Information System · Heavy outbound prospecting to company and self-generated inquiries. · Conduct telephone and in-person interviews with prospective students. · Evaluate the prospective student’s needs, interests and qualifications to help the prospective student make an informed decision to attend or not attend the college · Present information regarding the school’s programs and tuition in a factual and ethical manner · Complete enrollment paperwork and assist students with orientation · Remain in contact with students throughout their program in order to assist them in becoming successful graduates · Uphold all college policies, procedures, and ethical standards with integrity · Attend initial and weekly training meeting to develop admissions skills, retention techniques, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements · Act as a liaison with school departments to facilitate the best student experience · Participation in college sponsored events and activities. · Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: · 1 years of sales or related experience with a proven track record of success (i.e. Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Hospitality etc.) · Excellent communication skills · Relates well with others, ability to build great rapports · Requires persistence combined with a positive attitude and approach to work and others · Self-motivating work style · Ability to work well in a fast paced, results driven environment · Dynamic, outgoing and positive with a strong focus on exceptional customer service · Must be proficient in basic computer skills · Strong organizational and time management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.60 - $24.80 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift Work Location: In person
