This acclaimed and highly ranked medical center offers the most comprehensive heart care in the state of Wisconsin, including a highly rated cardiac surgery program, award winning interventional and heart failure programs, state’s first and most successful heart transplant (including multi-organ transplants) and durable mechanical circulatory support programs, state's largest remote hemodynamic monitoring program, state’s only accredited pulmonary hypertension, congenital heart disease and cardio-oncology programs, an advanced electrophysiology interventional program, a 24/7 state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization lab with all available options for advanced percutaneous interventions for our cardiogenic shock team, and the state's largest structural heart program.

Highlights1.0 FTE AHFT Cardiology clinical practice opportunityJoin 7 Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologists and 4 experienced Cardiac SurgeonsOutreach clinic ‘approximately’ one day per weekProficiency in Cath lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic assessments, myocardial biopsies, diagnostic coronary angiograms (optional), urgent temporary MCS devices (optional) and PA pressure sensor implants (optional)On-call for AHFT team onlyEncourage participation in medical education of general cardiology & AHFT fellows and internal medicine residents and medical students, and regional CV conferences hosted by Advocate Health
Participation in ongoing advanced HF, transplant, MCS & PAH research
