What We'll Bring:
As a technical Product Manager of the offline Identity Graph on the OneID team, you will be focused on delivering innovation that connects people, devices, and locations at scale. Neustar is pushing industry boundaries with our vision of having a suite of unified identity products that connect online and offline channels for integrating measurement, enabling Omni-channel marketing, and providing data enrichment for Customer and Prospect level profiles.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for generating and managing new product features focused on improving the quality and scale of Neustar's offline identity graph. This position will also play a pivotal role in driving R&D for new innovations, helping resolve complex customer inquiries, and aligning our data strategy with Neustar's strategic initiatives. In addition, you will work with data acquisition to on-board and test new data sources, engineering and data science to build data solutions, and coordinate with our internal vertical market leaders (e.g. Customer Intelligence, Risk Solutions) to engage with clients and partners in the development of complex solutions.
We are interested in finding a candidate that has deep experience with offline data ecosystems. This requires having a technical acumen in understanding complex data structures that fuel offline identity solutions. A qualified candidate should be well versed in understanding the data environment associated with Prospect and Customer level marketing, Fraud and Risk validations, and Real-time and Batch services. This would include concepts around bringing offline PII and Demographic data together through Entity Resolution, exposing data through API services, and establishing a robust Data Governance discipline. A background in blending probabilistic and deterministic model techniques is also preferred.

What You'll Bring:

• Deep understanding of identity resolution and relevant industry expertise in at least one of our target verticals
• Extensive knowledge of analyzing identity data and compiling insights and attributes for use in marketing and risk. Experience with Hive and Spark SQL preferred
• Deep understanding in Prospect and Customer level marketing techniques, Fraud and Risk solutions, and surrounding technologies/data (i.e. Database Marketing, Synthetic Identity detection)
• Technical in nature, with deep domain experience allows you to be the expert / SME on the topic
• Intermediate understanding of databases and is able to generate SQL queries to better understand the data and how to best leverage for a given use case

• Understanding of reporting & data visualization tools like Tableau and Macheye.
• Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data.
• Highly personable, affable person who is able to collaborate in a matrix environment and lead the development of data solutions for various marketing, risk and IT use cases (high EQ)
• Demonstrable track record and references that would corroborate claimed ability and accomplishments
• Deep passion for the field and high level of intellectual curiosity, interested in all perspectives

• Super can-do and cool attitude, self-starter

Impact You'll Make:

• 5+ years of experience in at least one of our target verticals having built or supported a vertical database and identity resolution
• Bachelor of science in computer science or other technical field preferred

• History of patent development or patent-pending IP is highly desirable
• Pragmatic Marketing certification highly desirable
• May be located near any Neustar office location, such as Chicago, Sterling, VA, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Orem, UT. Remote is an option for the right candidate.
