Advisor II Blended Support

Job Description
This position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support. Job Description• Provide exceptional customer experiences to existing and potential customers• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures• Resolve overdue bills and collect payments from the party responsible for the debt• Address client queries regarding delinquent accounts and help to develop repayment plans• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance• Offer additional products and/or services• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database

To Become Part of Our Team• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED• Within 35 miles of site• 1 year of customer service, financial and/or "call center" experience preferred and a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required• Strong computer proficiency required• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally• Ability and desire to learn the program you will support• Propensity for problem-solving using program resources and prior knowledge• Dependable with proficient attention to detail• Ability to work both as a team member and independently when needed• Demonstrate patience while maintaining a pleasant and professional manner• Able to rotate shifts as needed with notice

Career Framework Role
Has program required basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes but lacking program/product specific knowledge. Works with close supervision and clearly defined procedures. Starting to demonstrate familiarity with client terminology, operating standards and procedures. Starter without sustained metric performance levels.
