This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can provide technical leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on development for projects involving blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, and smart contracts. The Advisory Developer will collaborate with executives, product leaders, and engineering teams to ensure innovation, compliance, and scalability in all blockchain initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Advisory & Strategy Provide expert recommendations on blockchain architectures, consensus mechanisms, and digital currency solutions. Advise leadership on technology adoption, security protocols, and regulatory alignment. Evaluate new blockchain platforms, tools, and standards to ensure long-term viability for Auxis Boardsi for our clients seeking to obtain blockchain implementations. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with hands-on experience in blockchain exchanges, trading systems, and electronic currency infrastructure, who is also confident and charismatic enough to serve as a public speaker and industry evangelist. This hybrid role combines technical excellence in blockchain development with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, representing the company at conferences, panels, and media events. The ideal candidate will design and build exchange platforms while also becoming a trusted voice that inspires confidence in our technology, brand, and mission. Public Speaking & Advocacy Serve as a technical spokesperson at conferences, webinars, and industry events for Auxis Technology. Communicate blockchain exchange concepts to technical, business, and general audiences. Represent the company in media interviews, podcasts, and panel discussions. Author thought-leadership content on blockchain, digital assets, and financial innovation. Act as a bridge between engineering and the public, building trust and credibility Technical Leadership Lead the design and development of secure, scalable blockchain applications and smart contracts. Define best practices for coding, testing, and deployment of blockchain solutions. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business goals. Research & Innovation Stay ahead of emerging trends in cryptocurrency, DeFi, tokenization, and Web3 ecosystems. Drive innovation in digital wallets, payment solutions, and blockchain integrations. Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for blockchain-based initiatives. Collaboration & Integration Work with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain systems into existing enterprise applications. Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Represent the company in industry forums, consortiums, and technical advisory boards. Qualifications & Skills:/ Education & Experience Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in blockchain/cryptocurrency development. Previous advisory, consulting, or senior technical leadership experience is highly desirable. Technical Expertise Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, Python, or JavaScript (for blockchain development). Strong understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, etc.). Experience with cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems. Familiarity with DeFi platforms, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.), and digital wallets. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
