Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented AEM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of campaigns, promotions, and updates across our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position is based in the Philippines, and we are only able to consider candidates who possess the required work authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Enrichment and Product Approval: Manage and approve products in the SKU library/Vantage.
• Content Creation and Implementation: Create and implement pages, microsites, sections, tiles, discover, and recipe pages on the drop page
• Campaign Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Promotion Implementation: Plan and execute promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
• Value Banners Brief and Lytho Request Creation: Develop briefs for value banners and coordinate with the design team for Lytho requests.
• Merch Card & Banner creation, and Implementation
• Brand Page Creation
• Product Group Update/Creation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in campaign production, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript creating fully tested reusable components.
• Experience in AEM, SKU library/Vantage.
• Understanding of AEM components, templates, and workflows. Experience of AEM front-end development practices.
• Experience with AEM Sites, including authoring, publishing, and managing content.
• Familiarity with web design and development principles.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and digital marketing tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
