Job Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AEM-based web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

AEM Technology Lead

Responsibilities

- Support business on initiatives for the AEM platform

- Provides technical leadership on large, complex AEM based projects

- Translate business requirements into technical details

- Collaborate with Architect/Technical Governance teams to develop IP based solution, frameworks and productivity accelerators

- Participate in estimation and solutioning inorder to provide inputs for preparing solution delivery for proposals

- Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current processes and systems, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes

- Focus on continuous improvement of team performance

- Raise the different operational risks and incidents of the service to the Service Manager

- Manages and supervises the improvement of knowledge within the team at all levels

Required

- Good hands-on Web application design and development experience in AEM 6.5

- Should have experience in component editable template, AEM cloud service, API integration, Dynamic Media, Dispatcher, ACS Commons, Model, clientlibs and granite conditions.

- Experience in Backend third-party integration is must

- Hands on development experience is required on Sightly, Java/J2EE, Servlets, JSP, AJAX, XML, jQuery, CSS3, JSON

- Experience working with AEM-on-Cloud (SaaS) will be a significant differentiator

Preferred

- Good to have working experience with Atlassian tools - Jira, Confluence
