Manual Machinist'sJob description Your tasks and responsibilities • A self-motivated individual that displays passion, optimism and an outstanding work ethic • Adapts to changes in the work environment and the ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous tasks. • The Tool Maker/Manual Machinist must Set-up and Operate Manual Mill, Lathe and Chucker manufacturing jobs. • Trouble shoot and solve manufacturing issues on the shop floor. • Review and follow written documents such as, work instructions and job aids. • Support business needs as they apply to attendance, overtime, punctuality, and shift. • Overtime and Weekends as needed Knowledge and Manual Machining Experience Required • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 5 years of previous Tool Making/ Manual Machining experience required, Aerospace preferred. • Advanced knowledge of GD&T and Engineering Drawings interpretation required. • Have strong math skills. • Understanding of quality systems requirements. (AS9100, ISO9001 etc.) • Good interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills. Competitive salary dependent on experience
