Job Overview 17MEDSPA is seeking a dedicated and skilled Aesthetic Nurse to join our team. As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients seeking aesthetic treatments, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive patient relationships. Job Responsibilities: • Perform Aesthetic Treatments with Precision • Administer a range of aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, lasers, RF, skin boosters) safely and effectively in accordance with 17MedSpa protocols. • Ensure accuracy in treatment preparation, dosage, and technique. • Conduct patient assessments and document all treatment plans and post-treatment care thoroughly. • Prioritize Patient Safety & Satisfaction • Maintain a meticulous approach from intake to post-care. • Educate clients on treatment options, risks, and realistic outcomes. • Monitor for and report any adverse reactions or concerns promptly. • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to build trust and rapport. • Handle concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy. • Create a welcoming and premium experience for all patients. • Collaborate with the Clinical and Admin Teams • Support fellow RNs, consultants, front desk, and office staff with a team-first mindset. • Assist in clinic flow during high-volume times, ensuring smooth transitions between appointments. • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and improvement initiatives. • Uphold Cleanliness & Compliance • Follow strict sanitation, safety, and documentation procedures. • Adhere to HIPAA, state board regulations, and internal clinic policies. • Maintain accurate, detailed notes in the digital patient record system. • Continuous Learning & Professionalism • Stay up to date with emerging treatments, devices, and industry standards. • Be open to learning new skills and techniques through training sessions and internal education. • Maintain a positive, proactive, and professional attitude in all interactions. Requirements - We're looking for a part time position who can work up to 3 days per week. Our operation hours are from Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday, Monday closed) 10AM to 6PM, so we're looking for someone who is willing to work on Saturdays. Requirements • Active RN license with experience in a clinical setting; experience in aesthetics is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong skills in airway management, medication administration, and family planning are highly desirable. • Experience in inpatient care or nursing home settings is a plus. • Proficient in handling various medical equipment related to aesthetic procedures. • Ability to ventilate patients effectively when necessary. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. • Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of aesthetics.
