Role Overview We are seeking a senior marketing leader asAffiliate Marketing Directorto architect, recruit, and optimize a best-in-class affiliate marketing program for acquiringsigned personal injury cases, primarily in motor vehicle accidents. You’ll be our internal expert and oversee all affiliate strategy, team operations, performance metrics and results, compliance, tracking and scale. Responsibilities • Design, build, and manage a proprietary affiliate network targeting MVA case leads • Recruit, vet, and onboard affiliates (media buyers, publishers, legal marketers, influencers) • Set up tracking and attribution via platforms like Everflow, Tune, or CAKE • Develop commission tiers and incentive structures (CPL, CPA, rev-share) • Create affiliate resources: creatives, landing pages, disclosures, guidelines • Monitor affiliate performance, lead quality, and intake conversion metrics • Enforce brand integrity, TCPA/FTC/CAN-SPAM compliance, and bar advertising rules • Collaborate with intake and case management teams to match leads to actual signed clients • Optimize performance weekly—cut low performers, reward top producers • Report on acquisition cost per signed client, ROI, LTV, fraud flags, and churn Requirements • 3+ years experience managing affiliate marketing or performance lead-gen channels -Personal Injury Law Firm experience is very highly preferred • Track record acquiring leads in personal injury, mass tort, insurance, or legal verticals • Familiarity with legal compliance frameworks: TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FTC, ABA Rules • Mastery of affiliate and call-tracking tools (Everflow, CAKE, Ringba, Lead Docket, etc.) • Comfortable negotiating deals, managing budgets, and analyzing lead funnels • Ability to produce and QA ad creatives and funnels with ethical oversight • Entrepreneurial mindset—you're building this from the ground up • Excellent written communication and project management skills Compensation & Benefits • $140,000–$180,000 base salary • Per-case bonuses affiliate-attributed signed cases • Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses • Health insurance • Tech/work-from-home stipend • Increased compensation to work from Puerto Rico office (preferred).
