We're an award-winning IT solutions provider to the Federal government seeking an Agile Tools Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with multiple stakeholders across many program offices regularly to perform functional & technical requirements analysis, documentation, and administration of our Agile toolset (Zendesk, Confluence, etc). You will also assist in gathering meeting notes, preparing weekly status reports, and presenting status updates to the team and client. You will also help facilitate team and stakeholder discussions, remove team impediments, and coordinate with other scrum teams to deliver high-quality products when needed.
US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Public Trust clearance are required.
This hybrid position will require one to two days onsite in downtown Washington D.C.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generates and maintains various monthly, weekly, daily, or ad hoc reports that enable management to control and analyze projects and measure the impact and effectiveness of initiatives.
- Works with functional area team leads, government stakeholders, and C-suite leaders to assist with data gathering, validation, and interpretation.
- Contribute to the goals of the Agile team by cross-training and supporting the needs of the CIO's office, including:
- Plans, coordinates, and executes upgrades and transitions, including project design, meeting with stakeholders, identifying project objectives and timelines, implementation, and training.
- Prepares timely and accurate reports and training for internal and external stakeholders to satisfy reporting, regulatory, and compliance requirements and policy or management requirements.
- May serve as a subject matter expert, which includes initiating and assisting in identifying and implementing operational improvements and efficiencies.
- Educates users of the assigned systems on the functionality and administration of those systems (Zendesk, Confluence, etc)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4 years of related work experience
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Atlassian tools, specifically Confluence
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to quickly process and master a wide range of subject matter
- Strong analytical skills and ability to apply quick logical thinking to solve complex problems
- Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with an executive audience
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; an additional four years of work experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree

Internal title/grade: Business Analyst, Grade 4
All individuals being hired to work for TCG must submit to, and successfully pass, a pre-employment background investigation prior to reporting for their first day of work.
