Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 支持电商应用的日常需求迭代，结合AI技术提升应用功能，全面参与AI应用的需求分析、系统设计、编码实现、测试调试及部署上线等全流程工作。；

2. 确保AI应用的功能性、稳定性、安全性，保障性能满足项目要求；

3. 负责将AI算法或模型集成到实际的应用系统中，如Web应用，移动应用等；

4. 挖掘业务场景适配自研大模型应用，通过业务数据和知识库对现有模型进行RAG增强和拓展，并对大模型应用进行运维和优化；

5. 参与技术创新项目，提出并实施新的应用方案，提升AI应用的竞争力与市场价值；

7. 参与跨部门协作，提供技术支持，参与需求沟通。

任职要求：

1. 精通至少一种编程语言（如Python、Java等），具备良好的编程能力；熟悉软件开发流程，熟悉常用工具Maven、git和docker等；

2.3年以上互联网系统开发经验，有高并发访问的Web应用开发经验；掌握Linux 操作系统和大型数据库MySql；对sql优化有丰富的经验；熟悉redis等互联网常用缓存技术者优先；

3. 熟悉大模型和AI Agent开发，对AI应用开发有浓厚的兴趣和热情，有意愿长期从事相关工作；

4. 具备良好的学习能力和解决问题的能力，能够快速适应新技术和新环境，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力；

5. 熟悉发货履约场景优先，熟悉电商场景优先。
