We need an AI Art Director to work with our AI, Creative, Product, and Brand Management teams to explore, develop, and test processes for AI augmentation across every aspect of the creative process. If you're an Art Director or an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who is obsessed with AI, we want you to apply! This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of an AI Art Director?

• Explore, develop, and test processes for AI augmentation across every aspect of the creative process
• Work with the creative team to execute a visual concept through final production

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• BFA degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 4-7 years of progressive professional graphic design work, at least 2 years in a senior role
• A pulse on the latest AI tools and an understanding of how to leverage their individual strengths simultaneously
• Advanced typography skills
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop , Illustrator, & InDesign), Google Suite, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - this person will pitch many new ideas and must persuade others to see from their perspective
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Styling interest or experience is a plus

What is the team like?

You will work with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Photo and Video Directors, and other members of our creative team. You will be mentored by the Group Creative Director and Chief of Staff, and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and partner executives to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
