Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join the Asset Engineering team. In this role you will be responsible for building innovative AI-powered solutions that integrate with various systems and applications. You will also be working with the broader team to build analyse and improve the AI solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 9+ years of professional experience; 4+ years of experience in AI Engineer role.
• Proficiency in Python programming languages. Familiarity with Data Analytics Libraries (e.g. Pandas Spark Polars etc.) & exposure to RESTful APIs.
• Experience in LLM and prompt engineering and Langchain.
• Solid hands-on experience in microservices development Relational DB development K8S and/or Redhat OpenShift especially with IBM Cloud.
• Solid understanding and experience on concepts like asynchronous service multi-threading/concurrency multi-tenancy reactive programming.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in developing conversational flow with Watson Assistant and integration with services.
• Experience on PostgreSQL and Redis DB (or other service caching mechanism).
• AI agent/agentic workflow concepts.
• Strong trouble shooting skills and creative on finding the solutions.
