About the role In this role, you'll lead efforts to incorporate cutting-edge AI to make language lessons more dynamic, personalized, and effective. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to architect, test, and deploy AI-driven enhancements that directly impact millions of users. Reporting to the engineering lead (with room for evolution), you'll help shape the future of AI-powered language learning. We're particularly interested if you've previously built production-level apps, enhancing them with advanced AI techniques, and if you're skilled in comprehensive system evaluations—using both automated tools and human feedback to ensure top-notch performance. You will... • Revamp the language session generator and integrate AI into the curriculum to foster enhanced learning experiences. • Develop and implement cutting-edge AI features into production-level applications. • Conduct thorough system evaluations, leveraging both automated tools and human feedback, to guarantee superior product quality and performance. • Optimize AI algorithms to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness • Implement feature engineering to refine algorithm predictions and drive improved performance.
