About the role

Were looking for a creative AI-native content creator based in Spain or Portugal to help us scale impactful ADHD content across social media.

Youre an innovator and a geek passionate about AI and always looking for ways to tweak and iterate with new tools to produce more stunning results while cutting down production time and cost. You care about speed and systems as much as storytelling.

You're a fast self-directed learner who thrives in a growth-focused collaborative environment. Youre comfortable working across a variety of formats including memes images carousels reels animations voiceovers and infographics. You keep a close eye on what performs and why.

You're also genuinely curious about ADHD neurodiversity and mental health and want to help people better understand themselves.

We dont care how many years youve worked. We care about what youve made. You should have a strong track record of creating viral engaging social content that grabs attention and sparks conversation. Youll play a key role in our growth marketing team working directly with the VP of Growth. You'll create content for our Instagram page collaborate with partners like @adhdoers and participate in exciting new content projects across Instagram Facebook TikTok and YouTube. This is a full-time remote role based in Spain or Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Create attention-grabbing scroll-stopping social contentincluding memes carousels text-on-video static images and short-form video reelsfor both organic and paid campaigns. Topics will focus on ADHD and related themes such as emotional regulation procrastination AuDHD rejection sensitivity neurodiversity and relationships.

• Edit and repurpose existing long-form and short-form content (e.g. podcasts webinars video clips) into platform-optimized social posts for Instagram TikTok and Facebook.

• Add AI-generated voiceovers to video content as needed using tools like ElevenLabs or Descript ensuring high-quality natural-sounding narration.

• Write compelling captions headlines and video hooks that capture attention and drive engagement.

• Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Midjourney Canva CapCut) to ideate script design and produce content more efficiently.

• Stay up to date with platform trends viral formats and audience behaviors to keep content timely relevant and engaging.

• Organize and manage a structured asset library including templates music files voiceovers raw footage and edited content for efficient reuse and repurposing.

• Deliver fast turnarounds while maintaining high production quality and attention to detail across multiple content variations.

Job requirements - Must haves

• Strong portfolio of social media content with proven success on Instagram Facebook and TikTok.

• AI-native: Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT Copy.ai Jasper CapCut AI Runway ML Midjourney ElevenLabs Veo3 and others.

• Skilled in both creative ideation and turning concepts into compelling polished content.

• Sharp eye for patterns trends and platform dynamics with the ability to apply insights quickly.

• Fast-paced and highly detail-oriented able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

• Strong growth mindset with a willingness to test learn and iterate rapidly.

Job requirements - Nice to haves

• Passion and interest in ADHD neurodiversity and mental health topics.

• Highly self-organized and process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple content projects independently.

• Educational background in marketing digital media communications or relevant online learning (e.g. courses in copywriting editing or creative tools).
