AI Systems Project Engineer / Project Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, technically-minded Project Manager / Engineer ready to work hard, learn fast, and build the next generation of automation and data systems that will scale the company. This is not your typical role. You’ll work directly with the COO, architecting the digital backbone of a fast-growing construction firm—building and refining systems that turn operational complexity into clarity and control.Requirements: Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data pipelines, reports, and dashboards using Power BI • Automate workflows through Power Automate, SharePoint, and Copilot • Integrate AI tools (including ChatGPT) into operational processes • Develop frameworks for analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement • Collaborate across departments to streamline operations and digitize workflows Who You Are • Energetic, analytical, and entrepreneurial • Passionate about AI, data analytics, and systems design • Comfortable working **long hours for little pay—at least at first—**in exchange for real impact, growth, and authority • Proficient with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, and SharePoint
