AI Video Creator

Were hiring an AI Video Creator to join our growing team in Miami. This role leads a team of editors develops AI-powered video concepts and delivers high-quality content across platforms like TikTok Instagram and YouTube. We're looking for a creative powerhouse whos both imaginative and technically skilled with a sharp eye for trends and storytelling. Youll help shape the future of video by blending innovation with flawless execution. Work Hours: Full-time (40hrs/week) but first month is part-time (20hrs/week); US working hours Work Set-Up: Remote (PH-based); Independent Contractor Monthly Salary: $1280-$1760 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction and Innovation

• Lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered video concepts using tools like Veo3 Wand Kling Dreamface Higgsfield Pika Labs Hailuo and more.

• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and creative best practicesconsistently bringing bold scroll-stopping ideas to every campaign.

• Translate creative vision into clear actionable storyboards and briefs for editors designers and clients.

• Ensure all content opens with strong attention-grabbing hooks that meet internal 'scroll-stopping' standards (per SOP).

Execution and Quality Control

• Manage the end-to-end workflow from text prompts to images to final video outputensuring each asset aligns with project goals.

• Maintain a strategic 50/50 blend of AI-generated visuals and real footage to deliver authentic high-quality results.

• Review all outputs for visual integrity storytelling strength and brand alignment.

• Provide detailed structured feedback (e.g. via Loom walkthroughs) to keep cross-functional teams in sync and projects on track.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients with a clear understanding of Western content standards and expectations.

• High level of proficiency in AI prompting techniques with the ability to guide outputs with precision and creative intent.

• Proficient in at least 34 major AI creative platforms. Experience with Veo3 is required. Familiarity with tools such as Pika Dreamface Kling Runway and Clay AI is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in a creative leadership role ideally within an agency media or production environment.

• Skilled in developing storyboards presenting creative concepts and clearly articulating design decisions to both internal teams and clients.

• Ability to quickly learn and integrate new AI tools into fast-paced production workflows.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in video production animation or visual effects (VFX).

• Experience integrating AI automation with human-driven creative processes.

• Strong understanding of viral content dynamics across short-form video social media and advertising campaigns.

• Hands-on editing skills using Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve or After Effectsespecially within hybrid AI-human workflows.
