Role: AI/ML Engineer Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid) Duration: Full Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and chatbot development, with a proven track record of using Python to build and deploy sophisticated AI solutions. Responsibilities: • Machine Learning Development: o Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms. o Conduct experiments to test and validate models. o Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability. • Chatbot Development: o Develop and deploy chatbots using natural language processing (NLP) techniques. o Integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications. o Continuously improve chatbot performance through user feedback and data analysis. ·Data Management: o Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets. o Implement data pipelines and workflows for efficient data handling. o Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle. ·Collaboration: o Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions. o Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers. o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. ·Innovation and Research: o Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and chatbot technologies. o Explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance project outcomes. o Contribute to research papers, patents, and technical documentation. Requirements: Experience:8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Python and related libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). o Expertise in chatbot development and NLP techniques. o Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures. o Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
