Air Conditioning Technician

LK Jordan is seeking aLicensed AC Technicianskilled in diagnosing, repairing, and installing units. Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:45am - 5:00pm Duties • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning units • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions for their air conditioning requirements. • Document all service calls and repairs accurately for record-keeping purposes. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. • Drive a service van to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments. Requirements • Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic, preferably in the Plumbing/HVAC industry. • Familiarity with air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair processes. • Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems is a plus. • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to air conditioning design and build specifications. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving service vehicles. • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen. • EPA Certified.
