Job Description
Provide customer service in monitoring freight to ensure timely arrival, accurate preparation of shipping documents for final delivery to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inbound shipments and ensure freight is made available for customers to receive their cargoes in the quickest possible time.Â
- Ensure to meet all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives, as required.
- Ensure documents and freight are turned over to customers’ brokers timely
- Trace flight delays with airlines and origins to ensure timely feedback on arrival information to customers and customer service team
- Ensure all paperwork are in proper order that meet customer’s profile and comply to local rules and regulations
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers’ needs and handling requirements as well as ensuring 100 compliance
- Ensure all data are entered into system timely and accurately
- Ensure that freight and handling charges are billed accurately and sent billing invoices to customers timely
- Ensure all inter-company settlements are closed accurately within company’s specified timeframe
- Prepare and submit reports timely whenever required
- Ensure all PNC’s are filed promptly with parties concerned
- Take up additional tasks as required to meet department’s needs
Qualifications
2 year working experience.
* Good working knowledge in computer software applications including E-Mail, Excel Word and powerpoint
* Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English.Â
* Must possess initiative and adopt a positive and pro-active demeanor
* Committed to the job and work assignments given
* Good understanding of Customer Service culture
* Team Player and able to work with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organization
