Airbnb Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain the appearance of floors. • Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing as needed. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. • Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed to promote a healthy environment for clients. • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. • Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required. • Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning protocols are adhered to consistently. Qualifications • Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and equipment. Including Airbnb cleaning experience is a plus • Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is advantageous. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety procedures related to cleaning tasks is essential. • 1099 position • have your own car • have your own chemicals and equipment for cleaning • be responsible and strong work ethic Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $21.50 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Fuel reimbursement • Paid training Work Location: In person
