Alarm Response Officer

Job Title: Alarm Response Officer Pay: $20 per completed alarm call License: TX DPS PSB License B28691101 Overview: Tactical Penguin Security and Investigation LLC is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Alarm Response Officers to respond to alarm activations in the Houston area. This flexible, as needed role is ideal for individuals looking to earn supplemental income while providing a critical security service. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to alarm activations as dispatched Conduct exterior foot patrols around client properties, spending approximately 15–30 minutes on-site per call Inspect all doors, windows, and access points for signs of forced entry or tampering Observe and report any suspicious activity or individuals near the property Capture photographic documentation using a designated app (details provided upon onboarding) Submit a detailed written report summarizing findings and actions taken Compensation: $20 per completed alarm call, including photos and report This is a pay-per-call – not hourly. Requirements: Valid Level 2 Security Pocket Card Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Smartphone capable of using the designated documentation app (to be introduced during onboarding) Excellent written communication skills Availability for short notice response, including nights and weekends Physical ability to conduct exterior patrols in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in security or law enforcement Familiarity with basic security patrol protocols To Apply: Please send your resume and a copy of your Level 2 Pocket Card to:[email protected] more information, contact: Deputy Chief K.
