Overview

Leads Revenue Management related activities for the Dedicated Division American Liberty, working with markets to optimize/maximize profit and deliver gross margin performance through effective pricing, promotions, and programming analysis. This role is also responsible for embedding standardized tools and processes (such as financial forecasting, and planning) to ensure consistency and efficiencies in performance reporting and analytics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct/Manage/Supervise the organization's fiscal activities and reporting
• Lead financial planning including short-term forecasting, yearly planning, and long-range modeling
• Conduct pro-forma financial analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis
• Develop and execute cost controls
• Evaluate investment opportunities, make recommendations, and ensure cash flow needs are met
• Implement process improvement initiatives to drive profitability
• Ensure finance policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory bodies
• May also lead accounting functions such as bank reconciliations, AR/AP, general ledger maintenance, budget, and audit
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

• Experience with SAP

• Two years of experience in commercial finance and forecasting
• Ability to organize priorities and work under deadlines while producing high-quality results
• Exceptional knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
• Strong analytical skills, able to communicate both verbally and in writing
• One or more years of supervisory experience; demonstrated the ability to inspire, coach, and lead a team of direct reports while working as part of a team
• Knowledge of applicable state regulations and adult beverage market dynamics
• Knowledge of internal systems and analytical reporting tools (OneSource, Compass, SalesNav, CPR, NSM, Tableau, BO, SQL, SSRS, and SSAS, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting
• Experience with P&L responsibility, financial planning, and pricing management in the CPG industry; or related work experience with an industry supplier and wholesaler
