Let me introduce myself. My name is Jefferson and I’m the Head of Worker Operations here at Clipboard Health. Worker Operations is the team that owns end-to-end operations and support for the supply-side (the workers) of our marketplace. We are over 300 team members who serve the 60000+ (and growing) active professionals on our marketplace. We have open positions in every function from customer support agents to operations managers to data engineers and everything in between.

This is the shared funnel that we use to identify and hire excellent people into the Worker Operations organization. We operate in a world of ambiguity and rapid change and we are looking for scrappy go-getters who have a primitive drive to solve customer problems unconstrained from your titles on an org chart.
