All-round CNC Machining Operator

We have opened a new and exciting position for a CNC Machining Operator at Flowserve Etten-Leur, Netherlands, within our Seal Manufacturing department. Are you, as a CNC professional, looking for a technically challenging position where you can put your knowledge into practice?

What are you going to do?

• As a CNC Machining Operator you work with a fixed, high-quality machine

• You make single piece products from Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, etc.

• You receive the working drawings from your colleague and assess the feasibility and specified tolerances

• You independently follow the procedures to complete the project

• Depending on the machine, you will program yourself or receive the CNC program

• You are responsible for your machine, you check the adjustment of the machine, and of course also the quality of your tools and tooling

• You take measurements on your work; you are responsible for the quality;

• If everything is set up correctly, you get to work, you are that professional who is proud of his work.

Your profile

• You have a professional diploma or can demonstrate an equivalent level through work experience

• You have 3 years of work experience with CNC machines

• You speak English and preferably also Dutch

• You want to deliver every piece of work perfectly and with high quality, you have an eye for detail

• You work neatly, accurately and check your own work at several times

• Driven and a cheerful personality, eager to learn applies to you

• You are communicative and your social skills are good, you are a pleasant colleague

• Our department works in 3 shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM
