Aluminum Railing Fitter/Welder/Fabricator

Job post summary Pay:$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Job description: A Redmond Steel Fabrication Company seeks a hardworking, dependable person for an open position as an experienced Aluminum Railing Welder/ Fabricator. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Aluminum Railing fabrication experience required, (We are looking for experience & reliability) Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the welding process - Measure and mark workpieces using templates, measuring tape, and other precision instruments. - Set up and operate welding equipment including welding machine, push-pull welding. - Assemble and fit aluminum parts to create finished products - Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and smooth surfaces - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Requirements: - Proven experience as a welder/fitter/Fabricator or similar role - Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment - Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers - Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately - Experience with plasma cutting is a plus - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials - Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work -Required to lift objects weighing more than 70 pounds Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
