Americas Reseller Operations-Shared Services Analyst

The Shared Services Operations (SSO) team at Apple is looking for a dynamic and motivated SSO Analyst. This role requires an ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, proven analytical capabilities, ability to influence, and excellent communication / collaboration skills.

It will involve significant technical expertise with internal tools and expert data visualization / report building and automation development. This role will also identify and lead efficiency projects across the Reseller Operations (RO) and Apple Own Use (AOU) department.

Description

Responsible for identifying and analyzing trends, developing measurable ways to drive AOU efficiency and process improvement

Streamline data processes and provide data-driven insights with automated solutions using advanced analytics tools

Leverage advanced technology to drive automation and solve complex business problems

Prepare and present recommendations to management and partner teams using executive summaries of key data, metrics, and resolution plans

Partner cross-functionally to develop insights into existing AOU processes and business problems to create and drive a path forward

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, Masters Degree in a related field

Proficiency with data science programming languages (e.g. Python)

Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, with high attention to detail

Cuts through ambiguity and can rapidly understand complex business processes and details

Excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to tailor the message to the audience

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering/Science

5 years experience in Operations or related field

Self-starter with advanced technical and analytical capabilities

Proficient with data preparation and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SQL)

Analytics experience interpreting business issues and deploying analytical solutions

Prioritizes workload, managing multiple and often competing tasks, and meets deadlines for a variety of deliverables

Solution oriented and self-motivated; able to function effectively when working independently or in a team
