O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):
- Auxiliar na revisão e validação de postos de trabalho, garantindo que estejam de acordo com as políticas e normas da empresa.
- Colaborar na preparação e atualização de documentação necessária para a conformidade legal.
- Coletar e organizar dados de diversas fontes para suportar a análise de riscos.
- Compilar, organizar e analisar dados, elaborar reportes com análises para auxiliar nas tomadas de decisão.
- Ajudar na elaboração de relatórios e apresentações que sumarizem os principais indicadores de risco e tendências.

- Auxiliar na organização de reuniões regulares com equipes internas para discutir o progresso de projetos e questões de risco.
- Registrar atas de reuniões e acompanhar as ações decorrentes para assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos e atividades.
- Apoiar o acompanhamento das atividades das áreas relacionadas, garantindo que as tarefas sejam concluídas de acordo com o cronograma estabelecido.
- Identificar e comunicar quaisquer questões ou atrasos potenciais para liderança.
- Contribuir com ideias e sugestões durante o desenvolvimento de estratégias para a fábrica, focadas na redução de riscos e melhoria de processos.
- Acompanhar as mudanças regulatórias e as melhores práticas do setor para fornecer suporte informativo na elaboração de estratégias.
- Colaborar na execução de projetos de melhoria contínua, ajudando a identificar áreas de oportunidade e implementar soluções eficazes.
- Trabalhar em equipe para garantir que os projetos sejam conduzidos de forma eficiente e dentro do prazo.
Additional Description
Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias)
- Formação superior em Administração, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas;
- Bons conhecimentos em Pacote Office (principalmente Excel)
O que pode lhe dar uma vantagem competitiva (Qualificações de preferência):
- Domínio em Power BI.
- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de Power Apps.
