Summary of Job Responsibilities: 
• Monitoring of service delivery processes to ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs
• Managing escalations in accordance with established communication protocols and ensuring timely resolution or handoff to L2/L3 support teams
• Coordinate new customer onboarding process with Operations team
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring tickets and implement preventative measures
• Facilitate customer performance reviews and recommend improvements
• Act as subject matter expert in one or more technical areas and provide guidance to internal teams and customers
Summary of Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
