Responsável por suportar os processos de Recursos Humanos de maior coplexidade e/ou variedade, de forma autônoma, atendendo as necessidades dos clientes internos, considerando as politicas corporativas de treinamento e
desenvolvimento, remuneracao, recrutamento e selecao, dentre outras.
Foco principal em Talent Acquisition e Comunicação de RH

Experiência prévia:
 

- Processo de Recrutamento e Seleção

- Comunicação interna

- Processos de RH generalista

Conhecimentos necessários:
 

- Processos de RH

- Legislação trabalhista

- Comunicação de Recursos Humanos

- Recrutamento e Seleção

- Idioma: inglês fluente e espanhol intermediário
- Conhecimentos em Microsoft Office e conhecimentos em ATS será um diferencial.

- Administração, Comunicação Social, Marketing e áreas afins

Formato de trabalho: híbrido (Jundiai e São Paulo)
