Role Summary
El equipo de Operaciones de Servicio es el responsable de velar por el análisis, la ejecución, la mitigación de riesgo, la eficacia y eficiencia de los procesos y solicitudes que se le escalan, enfatizando en la calidad, productividad y continua mejora del área.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- • Manejo de Bases de Datos • Excel Nivel intermedio • Power Point •Word •Destreza en el análisis de información • Gestión de clientes •Alta orientación hacia el usuario
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Analizar y gestionar los requerimientos de vinculaciones cliente nuevo
- 2. Análisis y mitigación de riesgo teniendo como lineamiento la política de la compañía
- 3. Analizar y gestionar los requerimientos cliente Existente
- 4. Revisar los procesos de negocio y las políticas de la empresa para ayudar a mejorar los procesos.
- 5. Comunicación y orientación al cliente Externo
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Técnico o tecnólogo en áreas administrativas con 2 años de experiencia en área de servicio al cliente, análisis de información, Manejo de bases de datos.
