Summary: In this role, you will support Price Discrepancy Resolution Services (PDR) programs by connecting customers to accurate contracts and contract tiers. You will work with external members to ensure pending contract items are being addressed; monitoring the process so that it advances timely. Responsibilities: • Develop analytical reports as requested by others • Ability to navigate between multiple databases and layouts. • Work within established guidelines to support predefined data needs for project delivery. • Analyze data with attention to detail to ensure accuracy within the multiple databases. • Review and finalize approved, pending, and denied contracts for customers and manufacturers. • Pull and process contract connection reports to send to distributors. • Design and create charts, graphs, tables, and reports in accordance to established guidelines that support findings and recommendations. • Observe stakeholder meetings; learns about requirements and / or current business processes. • Develop and maintain Credit and Savings Tracking. Qualifications: • Relevant degree preferred. • No prior work experience required. • Knowledge of medical products preferred. • Ability to act independently to research and resolve product/customer issues in a high paced environment. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Programs. Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
