Analyst Accounting provides consistent, accurate, recording of plant operations and financial information. You will ensure that adequate internal controls are in place to secure all company assets, assure compliance with Division and Corporate guidelines, and meet Nestle Accounting Standards across practices.

• Develop and utilize accounting systems, procedures, controls, audits, and analysis to ensure that Factory and Division management are provided with timely and accurate information
• Process general ledger transactions and reconciliations, including the execution of period end close transactions within division timelines
• Create and update monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for local and/or division management
• Oversee local payables and check request activities for the factory
• Manage and maintain the accounting of fixed assets, ensuring capital jobs are closed accurately
• Lead the factory through financial planning processes, including the development and execution of audit program

REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, or Business equivalent
• 1-2 years in general accounting
