Client Services Analysis are strategic advisors to Enverus clients that have access to our state-of-the-art platforms. The ultimate focus of an Analyst is increasing adoption by engaging clients in meaningful ways. This team drives adoption and usage by proactively connecting with key champions within the client’s organization to drive value and feedback on key product and technical insights.Â

The Analyst will facilitate Enverus solution integration within the customer’s organization to enhance workflows, improve productivity, creating a long-term partnership with the organization. The Analyst will collaborate with internal Enverus resources to create a successful account strategy with tailored solutions and engagements that align with the customer’s vision and organizational goals. Â

Performance ObjectivesÂ
- Assist with customer adoption of Enverus RFx application, including application usage and supplier sourcing advisorÂ
- Define/create and execute onboarding strategy for various business units within multiple accountsÂ
- Assist in the ongoing training of new and existing Analysts on client engagement best practicesÂ
- Independently deepen relationship with clients and expand active user base Â
- Provide consistent, constructive, product feedback into development and product team (fixes, enhancements, etc) + the “why” on necessity of enhancementÂ
- Collaborate with customer procurement, supply chain and operations teams to validate and enhance Enverus tools and marketplace categorizationÂ
- Prepare detailed reports on application usage and marketplace trendsÂ
- Responsible for proactively providing feedback to internal teams and managing the successful resolution of client issues or queriesÂ
- Bring new ideas and perspectives on how clients can better recognize the Enverus valueÂ
- Primary liaison for the communication of application enhancement updates to the clientsÂ
- Identify Champions/StakeholdersÂ
- Plan and execute on-site/virtual learning events and product refresher meetingsÂ
- Build Enverus Brand awarenessÂ
- Promote long-term relationship(s) and full company engagementÂ
- Consistent (as determined by KPIs) and proactive client contact – application utilization, proposing training engagements, probing for deeper workflow understandingÂ
- Supporting teammates by sharing knowledge and expertiseÂ

Competitive Candidate Profile          Â
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- Proven experience in operations or supply chain management within oil and gas industry.
- Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
- Gathers information necessary to make decisions; anticipates and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to suggest and plan a change in account strategy based on nuances of a client accountÂ
- Ability to effectively liaise with clients to set up meetings and facilitate training sessions
- Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must possess excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
