Your job, as Analyst - Cross-Functional Reporting (Validations & Stability) within our team, will be to deliver and support Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

• Include appendices relevant to reports, ensuring completeness and relevance to the report content
• Prepare data for analysis, including trending and manipulation, using statistical tools and software
• Organize and analyze environmental data using statistical software to identify trends and patterns
• Conduct training sessions to instruct staff on standardized documentation management procedures and rules
• Ensure adherence to established documentation standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and Specialist to support report issuance activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data preparation, analysis methodologies, and documentation practices

About you

• Experience: Professional experience in technical documentation and report management general documentation management
• Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments
• Technical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat, LIMS), Word, Excel, Power Point, Statistical tools.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field)
• Languages: Excellent English communication and writing; additionally, at least one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese or French
