Job Summary
Responsible for developing and distributing marketing programs to enhance sponsorship and maximize advertising sales revenue. Develops promotional programs targeted at specific market segments. Develops presentations, presentation materials and pitches for the Sales force and may assist on sales calls. Supports research on campaign effectiveness, tracking and reporting results to management. Implements assigned projects, as directed and may assign tasks and provide leadership within the group. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities

    • Develops and distributes Marketing campaigns, new advertising products and promotional programs targeted at specific market segments.
    • Researches buyers' priorities and preferences in selected channels to customize marketing and promotional programs.
    • Develops presentations and pitches for the Sales force. Ensures that the Sales force has adequate materials and information to sell the benefits and features of specific products and programs.
    • Accompanies Sales staff on selected calls to customers to help with marketing campaigns and if necessary, makes modifications to particular marketing programs.
    • Demonstrates clear expertise and in-depth working knowledge of all areas of the function.
    • Implements projects; assigns tasks and monitors project progression.
    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


    Additions:

    • Partner with Sr. Manager on the nurture strategy, planning and optimization.
    • Develop the content for the lead nurture programs, and partner with Marketing Ops on the optimization of the programs using Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Stays up-to-date on product and solution updates relevant to the different customer segments.
    • Pulls email campaign insights every month to make recommendations on content, creative and email streams.
    • Partner with cross functional teams on new content and unique solutions for customer segments or regions.
    • Iteratively test and improve all marketing touches to optimize customer experience.
    • Manage ongoing optimization of KPIs through A/B testing, measurement and optimization.


    Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2-3 years related experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation Marketing or Email Marketing. B2B experience preferred.
    • Experience developing email content and creating email performance reports.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Proven experience in owning KPI's and determining successful approaches to address them.
    • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
    • Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Excellent problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
    • Proven experience of successful collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Keyboard experience in Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize decisions with strategy and logic in a demanding environment.
    • Proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight.
    • Proactivity and curiosity: you ask questions and challenge the norm, consider creative approaches to doing hard things and come up with ideas for strategies never tried before.
    • A quantitative and qualitative thinker; Hands-on experience in sourcing data for consumer insights and planning marketing campaigns with those insights.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $57,108.77 - $94,229.47
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
