Join our team as an Analyst Intern and contribute to data-related operations, enhancing our data flow processes and supporting our data analytics environment. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and improving our data management capabilities.

About the Role
In this opportunity as an Analyst Intern, you will be responsible to:

• Support DATA related operations by actively participating in activities such as monitoring, certification renewal, email status, and building documentation. Report failures and assist senior engineers in executing root cause analyses (RCAs).
• Perform mapping documentation to improve data flow operations.
• Build documentation of known errors and develop database knowledge.
• Assist in supporting activities in the data analytics environment, such as reviewing workflows, logs, monitoring jobs, and attending to alerts.

About You

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Communication and Presentation: Possesses strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
• Organization and Time Management: Exhibits excellent organizational skills and efficiently manages time to meet deadlines.
• Team Contribution: Eager to contribute ideas and not hesitant to share thoughts with the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge: python, Scripting Shell, Operating systems (Linux/Unix), Databases (Oracle/SQL)
• Curiosity: Data Management and Analytics Skills, Artificial Intelligence Engines (Chat GPT for instance)
• Nice to Have: Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake, and Informatica.
• Proficient: level with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to commit to 12-month full-time internship
• Advanced English
