Analyst, Operations Finance

​​About the Role:

Hims & Hers is looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join our finance organization. This role will be reporting to the Sr. Manager - Ops Finance and is remote-based. As a Financial Analyst, you will own and be responsible for maintaining financial models, driving the monthly forecast process and variance analyses, and supporting Monthly Business Reviews, as well as ad hoc analysis for various operations functions such as Transportation, Dispense and Fulfillment, Compounding Labs and more.

You Will:

• Partner with various operations teams to support finance analysis and processes 
• Own forecast and planning models; deliver monthly forecasts, pacing updates, and volume mix rate analysis
• Assist with developing P&Ls for new transportation vendors and expanding dispense and fulfillment network.
• Prepare monthly forecast for various operations teams and review with corporate finance team 
• Prepare materials for monthly business reviews, support board presentations
• Support and participate in the preparation and review of the annual operating plan
• Define KPIs and build, automate and enhance new and existing reporting around them 
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on cross-functional teams. You will develop and present your business leaders with the most current information, analysis, and insights to help them understand their short and long-term financial position.
• Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and presentations for executive management

You Have:

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a logistics, manufacturing/production, labor and supply planning
• Experience in healthcare/consumer banking group or at a high growth start-up/company preferred but not required
• Experience in Excel and love the challenge of bringing structure to complex unstructured problems
• Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
• Execute requests into finished deliverables with minimal direction required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask 
• An agile self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing work environment
• The ability to manipulate large datasets is a must. Prior Sequel experience is a plus.
