• We are looking for a highly motivated Frontend Software Engineer to do application development, systems analysis and systems design, testing, deployment in web applications. The successful candidate will have strong technical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.   • Hybrid Mobile Development (frontend)
  • Web Application/Portal Development (frontend)

• 2 years or more experience in systems analysis, design, development and testing using the ff. technologies:
  • Frontend technology: React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Web Security/OWASP
  • Authentication
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    • Single Sign On (SSO)
    • OAuth

• Experience in using the ff. technologies:
  • Typescript
  • DevOps tools - Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket/Git, Gradle, Maven

• Nice to haves:
  • Native Mobile Development (frontend)
  • Backend: Java SpringBoot, J2EE, API and web services and frameworks such as SOAP, REST API, Java APIs, JSON
  • Database technologies: SQL, Oracle, POSTGRES, AWS
  • Container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker
  • Knowledge of Middleware technologies such as WebSphere/WebLogic
  •  Light4J technologies: Light Gateway, Light Proxy, etc.

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Determines, analyzes, and transforms business requirements to produce design specifications at the system and programming levels.
• Conduct systems analysis on Business Requirements and prepares program specifications at the systems level for simple to minor systems or modules.
• Develop or maintain, test and implement modules according to system specifications.
• Identify all possible scenarios and prepares tests for the systems under development.
• Ensures solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable and delivered on schedule.
• Follow and implement industry-accepted best practices (coding standards, security, etc.) and tools (Sonarqube, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Jfrog, other DevSecOps tools)
• Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation.
• Performs implementation activities such as program promotions, installation of the system, training and tutorial for end users.
• Interface with other Software Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions and maintain a stable application environment.
• Provides post-implementation and production support for systems including analysis of production problems.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement opportunities, system renewal, stability, upgrade, and Disaster Recovery projects.
