What You’ll Be Doing:

Position summary

• Work with IT Quality Assurance (QA) Leadership to achieve company goals
• Authorship and maintenance of functional test cases
• Creation, and execution of test cases
• Defect Management to include defect creation, interacting with developers for clarification and resolution
• Participation in full SDLC as a member of a Scrum team attending daily standups and other required meetings
• Work with the Systems Analysts and Developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality interface
• Assist on best practices for testing
• Develop and execute test cases
• Other duties as assigned

Essential functions

• 3-6 years Quality Assurance experience
• Experience with various EDI transactions - 835,837, 834, 820, 276/277, 270/271, 999/997
• Experience with EDI translator tools (Edifecs)
• Experience with data loading, verifying and troubleshooting various file formats
• Comfortable with SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, Access)
• Basic data manipulation/creation skills
• Healthcare experience – preferably TPA experience
• Ability to effectively work with internal and external team members
• Excellent communication skills
