The Team You Will Join

At Nium, the Revenue Operations function plays a crucial role in optimizing sales process, aligning revenue goals and driving growth within the company. We are looking for an analyst to expand our team to support the company’s strategic growth plans. The analyst supports various teams within Nium such as sales, finance, compliance and senior management, and ensures they have the insights and tools needed to succeed. The analyst combines their analytical skills, business acumen and technical proficiency to achieve this goal.

What would a day @Nium look like?

• Design & maintain business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department & business
• Maintain sets of reports and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve anomalies throughout
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
• Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
• Support various departments, including sales, finance, compliance and senior management, in reaching their goals through analysis
• Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends.

Which Skills & Experiences will make you successful?

• Basic knowledge and experience in using a data visualisation tool such as Power BI, Tableau, MetaBase.
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to co-workers
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
• Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
