Qualifications • An Analytics Engagement Lead combines technical expertise in data wrangling, visualization, machine learning, and advanced analytics with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, client communication, and project management skills. • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, and SQL, as well as techniques like predictive modeling, regression analysis, and clustering, is essential for delivering impactful insights. • This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights, requiring a focus on crafting compelling narratives to influence business decisions and effectively present findings to stakeholders. • Additionally, the role demands a commitment to data governance and security, ensuring sensitive information is managed with compliance and integrity while driving strategic outcomes. • By blending storytelling, technical proficiency, and a focus on data security, the Analytics Engagement Lead plays a critical role in shaping informed, data-driven strategies.
