Description and Requirements

职位描述：

1、跟踪和探索AI方向研究前沿，实现关键技术突破，切实有效赋能业务快速发展；

2、参与Android 手机业务中AI项目的落地，结合业务特点与AI能力，优化用户体验，提升产品竞争力；

3、及时主动掌握行业最新动态，为产品创新提供思路

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年工作经验

2、熟悉 Android 开发， 具备出色的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法基础；熟练掌握至少一种深度学习框架，如Tensorflow、PyTorch等；

3、熟悉GPT、Diffusion等前沿技术，有包括但不限于预训练大语言模型、多轮对话、多模态等项目经验者优先；

4、有优秀的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，善于分析和解决问题，良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力。
