• 15 Anesthesiologists (MDs) and 21 CRNAs
• Supported by anesthesia technicians and a strong perioperative team
• Provide anesthesia services across five sites within the community

• Highly competitive salary: $580,000 annually
• Generous sign-on bonus: $75,000
• 8 weeks of vacation for true work-life balance
• Practice in a care team model with opportunities for solo cases on call
• Call schedule: ~6 calls/month (first call + backup), with the morning and day off after first call
