The opportunity:
•  A highly diverse case mix allows you to pursue your interests in General, Cardiac, Pain, Critical Care, or Regional anesthesia, no OB or Peds.
•  Plenty of opportunities to do research if desired, but no rigid expectations.
•  1:17 call with ability to pick up shifts with substantial additional compensation.
•  Work on directed cases with residents and CRNAs.

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed ongoing base salary plus a group production bonus and individual incentives provide total compensation well above typical for academia.
•  Enjoy a great lifestyle with 42 days of PTO plus 24-36 non-clinical days.
