- 1:4 Anesthesiologist/CRNA ratio
- Do a little of everything from routine peds to OB and regionals.
- 1:11 call
- All of the partners "love weekday call!you usually don't go in until 3p and you're off the next day, so you're done at 7a." And "our collegial group makes call coverage swaps painless."

- BE/BC Anesthesiology; TEE (ECHO) basic certification desirable but not a requirement of the position
