When you join us as anAccounts Payable Customer Service Representative II,you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: • Answer and respond to all incoming inquiries for the Accounts Payable department via phone and email. • Provide substantive answers to inquiries from vendors and internal customers in a timely and professional manner • Research and process correspondence pertaining to accounts payable to include but not limited to: vendor statements, email inquiries, outstanding invoices, invoice discrepancies, prior balances due and outstanding checks. • Serve as the accounting department assistant performing other job tasks as needed during peak times. • Assist with reviewing, archiving, and retrieving documentation as needed for audit requests. • Accurately process vendor invoices as assigned during peak times. • • Data Entry of invoices • Proper GL coding for each invoice • Review Approvals to submit items for processing • Participate in projects, meetings, and/or training, as well as complete other assignments as requested by management.
