When you join us as anAccounts Payable Customer Service Representative II,you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
• Answer and respond to all incoming inquiries for the Accounts Payable department via phone and email.
• Provide substantive answers to inquiries from vendors and internal customers in a timely and professional manner
• Research and process correspondence pertaining to accounts payable to include but not limited to: vendor statements, email inquiries, outstanding invoices, invoice discrepancies, prior balances due and outstanding checks.
• Serve as the accounting department assistant performing other job tasks as needed during peak times.
• Assist with reviewing, archiving, and retrieving documentation as needed for audit requests.
• Accurately process vendor invoices as assigned during peak times.
• Data Entry of invoices
• Proper GL coding for each invoice
• Review Approvals to submit items for processing
• Participate in projects, meetings, and/or training, as well as complete other assignments as requested by management.

• Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service
To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
• Option 1:
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or payroll.
• Substitutions for Option 1:
• College course completion will substitute for the required experience on the basis of thirty semester hours for one year of experience, with job related courses.
• Experience with Excel, Great Plains and Basware software preferred.
• History of handling customer service inquiries preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
